The goal with this session is improving overall aerobic capacity. Don't let your 'ENGINE' be your weakness! Using the best of the best cardio machines – ski-ergs, assault bikes and rowers. The program is designed push your limits and help develop your anaerobic and aerobic thresholds.
If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, FUEL Training LDN reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session. If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, FUEL Training LDN reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the personal training fee that would have been charged for the training session. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Block bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase. All packages must be paid at least 72 hours in advance of the first session commencing. Package payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the trainer. Should the client cancel before the package completes, any refund or part refund is at the discretion of the trainer.
