Service Description
Interested in learning to lift or looking to build a solid strength + conditioning base? We got you! Our LIFT Class is a great way to take your training to the next level. These beginner-level classes provide a positive and supportive atmosphere to chase your fitness goals or just try something new! Our FUEL coaches have experience in olympic weightlifting, strength & conditioning, and functional fitness. This class program will enable you to build your experience & confidence with the correct technique, ready to take your strength training to the next level. Movements covered in this session are; -Squats -Hinge -Lunges -Vertical & Horizontal Push/Pull

Cancellation Policy
If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, FUEL Training LDN reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session. If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, FUEL Training LDN reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the personal training fee that would have been charged for the training session. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Block bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase. All packages must be paid at least 72 hours in advance of the first session commencing. Package payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the trainer. Should the client cancel before the package completes, any refund or part refund is at the discretion of the trainer.
